3、 Stretch. When drawing, the data should be calculated, including the requirements of fillet radius between the bottom of the drawing part and the straight wall, the fillet radius between the flange and the wall of the drawing part, the inner cavity diameter of the circular drawing part, the fillet radius between the adjacent arms of the rectangular drawing part, the relationship between the height and the diameter during the one-time forming of the round non flange drawing part, the dimension standard and matters needing attention on the drawing of the drawing And so on.

4、 Molding. Sheet metal processing products after forming, but also some processing of the product. There are stiffener structure, convex space and limit size of convex edge distance, making louver, processing internal control flanging.

5、 Welding. This is the next process of automobile sheet metal parts processing process, and the welding method and technology should be paid attention to. Welding methods mainly include arc welding, electroslag welding, gas welding, plasma arc welding, melting welding, pressure welding and brazing. Arc welding and gas welding are the main methods of sheet metal processing.
