In the process of overhead welding, short arc and small diameter electrode should be used, so it is very difficult.

When the stamping parts choose flat welding, the welding seam is generally in the horizontal line, the operation is relatively simple, and the diameter of the welding rod can be larger, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the defect is that the molten iron and slag mixed together can not be distinguished easily.

Due to the vertical welding and transverse welding in the stamping parts welding process, due to the molten metal flowing down, there will be defects, so at this time we have to choose small diameter electrode and use short arc to weld stamping parts, and the welding current is also one tenth less than usual.
